Malta Fassa MV40 It is a lime and cement-based exposed masonry mortar for interiors and exteriors sold in 25kg bags.
Malta Fassa MV40 It is a premixed dry mortar composed of hydrated lime, Portland cement, classified sands, waterproof material and specific additives. MV40 is used as a mortar for the execution of exposed masonry.
PROCESSING
Add 20-22% clean water and mix in a concrete mixer or, for small quantities, by hand or with a mechanical stirrer. The mixing time must not exceed 3 minutes. Loose MV 40 is mixed using a horizontal mixer connected directly to the silo station (gravity) or, using a pressure silo and conveyor system, it is mixed with a floor mixer. After mixing, the mortar must be applied within 2 hours.
