Starting from July 15, 2025, Emmeti Store will no longer accept returns from the United States due to the recently introduced high customs duties. All orders with a shipping destination in the United States can only be canceled before they are shipped; once shipped, such orders will be considered final sale.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, complete with all accessories and documentation.

The product must be in new and unused condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or was sent in error.

Once we have received the returned product and verified its condition, we will proceed with the refund within 14 working daysThe refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial purchase.
